Puddles

Puddles form when it's raining and eventually disappear when it stops raining.
Puddles are a source of water for glass bottles, but not buckets.
They also do not form in snowy biomes.
The rate at which puddles form and evaporate can be set in the config, as well as a biome blacklist.
Any biomes listed here should be wrapped in double quotes, comma-separated, and be in the format mod_id:biome_name (e.g. ["minecraft:taiga", "traverse:autumnal_woods"])
